The hotel was located just next door to Laurel Point, the smoking mountains parkway and the outskirts of total mayhem. The room was big size, with an own bathroom. Property's location was marvellous, close to downtown. Also, our hotel was located 2 miles from tourist attractions like Headquarters Bridge.
The bed was horrible in this place.

The location was serene with stunning mountain views, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The furnishings in our room were nice, but the parking situation could be better managed given the resort's capacity.

The two-bedroom suite offered a clean and spacious environment, equipped with a kitchen that had all necessary utensils. Access to a grill enhanced our experience, alongside a beautiful view visible from the outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, we encountered significant issues with the WiFi connectivity, down for two days, and the staff seemed unhelpful in addressing other concerns, such as the inadequate exercise room and strict office hours.
